From Tee-Time Heat Sheets to Live Mobile Leaderboards: R2 Sports Elevates Golf Tournaments

Whether you are a head golf professional running an annual Member-Guest championship or an event planner organizing a 144-player charity scramble, managing tee sheets and paper scorecards by hand slows down the entire clubhouse. Through the combination of All Tournament Pro and R2 Sports, golf directors can modernize their entire operation—starting with online sports registration that processes individual or foursome entries, handicap verifications, and hole-sponsorship sales in one seamless checkout.

Before players step onto the first tee, R2's sports scheduling software and heat sheet generators organize sequential tee times or shotgun hole assignments automatically. For stroke-play events, our heat tabulations and live scoring app calculate gross and net leaderboards in real time, while match-play tournaments can deploy Olympic format divisions that automatically flight golfers into Championship, First, Second, and Third flights after qualifying rounds.

When frost delays or lightning sirens pause play, directors push instant text alerts to every cart on the course via our web app messaging system, and finalized results flow straight into our sports rankings software for season-long Order of Merit points. Country clubs can also manage member dues with our sports membership software, run a season-long free golf challenge ladder, or buy R2 golf tournament software today.
