Additional Online Entry Fee $3 fee for each player that enters on-line
The $3 fee is charged in addition to the player's tournament entry fee. There is no charge for director to enter mail and phone entries. |

Per Player Fee $1 fee for each player registered in the tournament
Players are NOT charged an additional fee to enter online. |

Individual Sports - Credit Card Processing Options |

We Process Credit Cards and Send you a check. For a 5% fee of the entry total, we can process the credit card entries and send you payments. Here is how it works: On your entry deadline, we send you a check for all entries received from 3 days before the entry deadline. We send you a final check 3 days after the last day of your tournament. When a player enters online using this method, he must have valid funds on has card and the charge is processed immediately! |

Director Processes Cards FREE - When a player registers online, his credit card info is stored on our secure server. Director process the credit cards by printing the credit card list and manually running each number. Directors must have their own merchant account to use this option. |

Don't Require Credit Card Payment FREE - Directors have the option to allow players to register without paying, then director can collect entry fees at tournament check-in. |
